TurboTax Online is OFFLINE - Great business continuity plan?

Just want to vent about a company with great reviews (by PC World), solid buisiness growth, but without a way for customers to file taxes online for at least an hour at the beginning of tax season (not sure when it went down). I wonder if someone failed in planning or if they refused to spend the money to do it right...probably the $$.
