Actually took me longer to clear some room on my desk . I had a 15 inch in the closet. why not mention the DVI to VGA adapter mine cost $8 a block from my apt. BTW I dont do spread sheets etc but its nice to have the room for browsing the news and such.

I have a pseudo dual-monitor setup I plan to use this weekend. Laptop 15.6"+24" monitor setup. Perfect for creating my grad school outlines.

I have a HP tablet and use a second monitor. I would really like two extra monitors. Even a 3x3 array of monitors. A device is available for this, but it appears the OS normally will give only two monitors. How can one use more than two monitors?

Thanks

Just a shill for new graphics cards.

The video fails to describe or even mention several available external add-on adapters that allow the simultaneous use of two monitors without the purchase of a new card that specifically supports this feature.

Modern lecture rooms have additional hardware from simple to complex, to broadcast to multiple monitors.

Much depends on the programs & operating system used. There are many third-party programs e.g. in Linux, to show the lyrics to a church (common usage) group, plus other material on another monitor.

I like to have two IE open with one on each screen but they are slaves to each other. I want to watch in full screen on one but surf on the other but when I click on the non-full screen one, it switches the full screen one back to regular. How do I disconnect the two IE's?

I have 3 monitors and love them! Why does hitting numbers make the view shift screens?
