Every time I plug it in, it comes up as a camera and I can only see the photos on the device. Any fixes? I've look around everywhere, and nothing helps! I have the latest version of itunes and all of that stuff...

I would second the suggestion to try uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes.
And the corollary question to MPH's, does the iPod Touch show up in iTunes at all? If so, just as a "camera"? Or is that camera bit only in Windoze Explorer? Does iTunes give you anything on the Touch?

Not exactly sure to what you are referring by this statement but please remember the {document:id=1000} when posting any messages.
When first using my iPod Shuffle, I remember that I was able to associate it with Windows so that it can be seen by Windows and I can drag and drop directly into the Shuffle. I forgot the exact terminology but, if you have not done this already, I would advise you to remove the Windows association of the iPod Touch and then reassociate it again. This is done through the iTunes Settings option.
Also, mentioned that you have uninstalled once already but may try it again. I would try it again just to cover all your bases.

I believe Apple "took away" the disk use function on the iPod Touch and iPhone (I have on for my iPod 5.5g 80g)...but I would have confirm by looking it up (or syncing my Touch). If it is there, then there will be a "disk use" check box in main summary screen for the Touch in iTunes.
I do believe there are now apps you can get that allow file syncing, if not out right "disk use" mode.

Good call, SMax. That is exactly what I was referring to but could not think of the exact terminology. Good call.
