Epson C62 "flashing lights"

I have a Epson C62 which has given me great service. The red and green lights are flashing alternatively and will not print. I have changed the cartridges to no effect. I would like to solve the problem rather than just going out and buying another printer. Has anyone any ideas?

Hi Ken. This seems like a very device specific issue. It may be in your best interest to either consult your owner's manual or contact Epson directly. The flashing lights could be a specific error code that only Epson would know.
