Cannot Access the Internet Using Any Internet Browser

i downloaded it off of a safe web site (Yale.edu) it was called Symantec Anti-Virus.

Is that the only listing? Or are there others? Are you able to do a screenshot of the Device Manager and post it to the forum? Let us know if you are unsure how to do that and we can give some guidance.

Just to verify...it was Symantec (it would actually be Norton, I believe) Anti-Virus and NOT Norton Internet Security (which includes firewall program), correct?

there was two other listings but they apear to be in alright shape because there was no Exlamation poit.



I would take a screen shot but i am not sure how to and then i do not know how to transfer that over to ubuntu without using the internet.
