Does anyone know how to classify a set of data in Access (example shown below) and group those columns containing a certain word into a different column?

For exmple:

Original data :

company name Company ID

microsoft corp. 11

Hensein Bank 13

US Bank 15

General Eletricity Corp 19

GI 1111

I want to have two unique columns, one showing company names containing the word "Bank" and another column showing company IDs of those companies having the word "Bank".

I am so frustrated by the way Access works, but since I have 200 million inputs, I have to find a way to sort things out.

If anyone knows how to do it, please, be generous. I will be so grateful.
