Thanks for another great list. I found a few I hadn't run across. But I'm surprised you didn't include 7Zip.
While many programs can handle standard Zip files, 7Zip can read almost any file compression (including self-extracting files) and create compressed files using a variety of methods including its own. It can also password protect files for a bit more security when passing them around the cloud. Finally, it is not merely free but also open source (not a limited version of a commercial program or an ad supported program).

I did not see any fitness sites on the list. My personal free favorite is http://www.logyourrun.com - it is a great site for keeping track of all kinds of activities and you can share your activities on facebook and twitter which is a great motivational tool for keeping with your program. I am currently training for a half marathon using one of the free training programs on the site. Other sites charge upto 30 bucks for these training programs!

I don't see Mint.com, i have been using it to manage all my accounts and help me find lower rates.
I also don't see http://tripntale.com
free unlimited space for travel photos, journals & videos. Why pay $ for flickr, picasa and smugmug where you can organize all your travel photos in TripnTale?

Speaking about undiscovered web software services and advices I would like to mention a special one, a quite different software guide. In an easy to understand way, even inexperienced computer users may find advices about software they need. Softputeria also have a section where are posted interesting topics about software related things. Worth a vist from time to time and good to remember if your relatives need a quick advice:

Every once in awhile you guys have good stuff after all I did run across Glary Utilities and PC Wizard in here but is there any reason why they are not mention in this list. These 2 free and useful tools I have been using with no problem for over a year now. Just to be brief a clean Registry and CPU temperature what could be more important than that.

Your Best Bet, Qitera, looked interesting. However, on the vendor's website the only product they currently offer is Qitera Enterprise, which is not free. They only have a 15-day free trial for that. From what I can tell they did have something called "Qitera FREE" at one point, but I do not see any link to it on their website. When I Googled Qitera Free, PC World had a download link for it, but it just goes to a white screen on the vendors website - the download does not work. Is there some other place where you can get this freebie?

I would add GotFreeFax.com to the list as it allows user to send free fax online.
