Anybody has trouble downloading Firefox from Download.com? I did. I had to download it from the Firefox website. After I installed the browser, I couldn't open it. Instead it showed a Firefox Crash Reporter telling me that the browser had crashed. I reinstalled the browser but it showed the same message. What gives?

Hey Sigit !!
I think you have corrupted the Firefox folder. The only way I know to fix this
is to download again from Firefox Directly .When it asks where to
install and it shows you this path C:/Program Files/Mozilla Firefox , you should
write or type a 1 after the Firefox and click OK. This will create a New folder
in Program Files for Firefox and should solve your problem. If it works then,
go back to Program Files and delete the original folder in Program Files.
Post back and let me know howit went.

Hey Sigit !!
My Pleasure !
But , when it asked where to install and you got a "Browse"
at the end of the Path, You simply have to Click in the Box
next to the last word which would have been Firefox and
it would have then been possible to add a 1 or A at the end.
But, since you solved it by deleting the original folder then,
I guess all is well. Next time , if it happens again to any
installation, you can use this method. Nice to hear from
you again Sigit !
