I have a Samsung digital camera SC-D363 and use a mmc sd memory card to record video clips (approx. 10-20 minutes in duration). They are saved in .AVI format (default of the camera). When I either move or drop/drag from memory card to one of many video formats (Realplayer, Quicktime and Ulead Video Studio-accompanied the camcorder), I only get the audio, no video. I am a newby to this so please type slow so I can understand (haha).

Am I using the wrong programs?

Hi Yoko. You need Samsung viewer program to play video clips...: www.celartem.com/en/download/djvu.asp

You should have a cd or dvd software comes with camera ...this will allow you to play and transfer to dvd .

I am trying to download to my PC to later download to a website. When I open it in the Ulead software that accompanies the camcorder, all I get is audio, no video.
