unknown computers connected to my network

I have found through Trend Pcillin 29 computers unknown comp;uters connected to my network, all end in the same MAC address

ie. this is the first IP ADDRESS 24.105.152.113 MAD ADDRESS IS 00.15.F9.29.FB.05 can anyone tell me how to rid my computer of them?

What is your setup?

I assume you are using a broadband connection. DSL or cable modem?

Do you use a router? If so, does it also have wireless? If yes, how do you have wireless setup?

Do you use a software firewall?
