I own a dell laptop less than two years old, with the vista operating system, I am currently not on a network but yet, Trend antivirus software listed
29 unknown computers connected to my ?network. All lhave the same MAC address.
Can anyone advice as to how to rid my computer of all of them.

Hi and welcome to the forum.
This is actually an easy fix IF you own a router, and I assume that you do if you are using WIRELESS internet, but I need you to confirm what you're running.
Trend Micro will do well for monitoring connections but it won't stop people from breaking into your network.
