:D Hi :

Specifically, WHICH "account" runs "snappy" and WHICH "account" is "slow & laggy" ?

Specifically, WHICH Vista Operating System do you have ?

Specifically, WHAT are the "Name(s)" of the security program(s) on the computer ?

Have you ever "decrapified" the computer ?

Have you tried clearing the browsers cache on the slow account?

Have you checked to see if the account with problems is running any add-ons?

What about other programs? Do they run slow on the one account as well? For example, try IE and see if the same thing happens.
