Hey Cat !!



I don't know if anyone has suggested this before but,

have you tried to create a New User Account. Maybe,

the account you are using is, somehow, corrupted.



To create a new user account , follow the direction from

this web site Create a New User Account .


(please don't take this personally) it's the

easiest and simplest tutorial I could find, plus Woody (his books)

from AskWoody is a very good source of information.



When creating the New Account choose the Administrator account.

This will give you more freedom to do things like uninstall programs.



If this fails, I would register at Woody's forum and ask around. He has

a good following,plus he will also answer some questions himself.

Your's might be an interesting one for him.
