two things i have noticed right away with vista sp2 is that the whole computer seems much snappier

program & system windows open and close much faster now

the glitch i noticed was a shortcut to windows media player 2 on my desktop... it doesnt run... it crashes...

what are your thoughts on vista sp2?

Haven't seen any out of wack yet ......Everthing going faster smoother ....Even logging back in wireless after wake-up is so fast now.....

The only thing I did not gain is a BIG HDD space back......

Properly because ....I 've already cleaned out first SP junk "Back-up" and all "Back up files" from Wds up-date plus "Restore points" ...

I do this everyday when I shut it OFF at night...:

Threw it out the window literally. After 4 days of using it I saw no change from sp1yet in some cases i was getting low fps in games too. So i slapped xp sp3 back on and threw vista out the door once again.

vista is barely ok at its very best, windows 7 is much more useful and slimmer than vista

when windows doesnt work, use the mac or switch to linux

I?m going to say something here and you can take it for what it?s worth since I work with Microsoft, but I never really had any big problems running Vista. That said, I?m definitely seeing a bit of a pick up after installing SP2 and it seems as things are running more efficiently, as opposed to ?faster? ? if that makes sense.
