I have some Excel 2003 documents that when I press Ctrl-P the collate is not selected. It used to automatically select but now it doesn't. Some documents are fine, some have certain worksheets that are fine and others that aren't. I have a HP LaserJet 4000 with a print driver HP LaserJet 4000 series PCL. Although I've found that no matter which printer I select to use it won't always stay selected.
