game will not work

I have the game THE DAVINCI CODE,when i go to play the game this error message comes up and won't let me play the game;this is the error message:ExceptionAccessViolation {Slayer}Exception Address 4b7bd9 {NO GAME CRASH INFO} Image Help Stack:TArchive::Operator=+80599 Map File Stalkwalk if any body can help me with this it would be a lot of help,i have e-mailed the game company but did not get a reply.my e-mail address is:silverbat6@yahoo.com. thank you

Reinstall the game

I have reinstalled the game,it still will not work!I evan tried to set the refresh rate,and updated directx.

This may sound silly but, are there any updates for the game yet? I just bought a NEW game the other day. I thought I had all I needed to pay the thing. It didnt work for me either. I went to their web site and was amazed to find they had all these patches for a new game. It took time to figure out which ones I needed. Once installed I found my game actually worked. I then burned the patch to a CD. :)
