BeInSync Disappearance?

I've used and enjoyed the BeInSync software and service for a number of year. Approximately a week ago it stopped working and their website has become inaccessible. They were purchased over a year ago by Phoenix Techonogies, but their website has no reference to BeInSync. What's up with them?
