creating recovery discs

i have purchased HP laptop with vista premium pre installed. then i have installed win xp to it, but vista is not booting up. ( i know why). i didn't created the recovery discs before installing xp.

my question is can i create the recovery discs from the recovery partition, is it possible if yes, then how to create it. please help on this..

Did you wipe the Vista installation? Or did you "add" the XP installation (i.e. trying to set up a dual boot)?

If you did the later, then you likely just been to fix the boot loader to allow it to "remember" the Vista install.

How did you install Wds XP ....? " WHY " .........?


Boot in Wds Vista and try this .....: www.wikihow.com/Create-Recovery-Discs-for-Windows-Vista-in-HP-Recovery-Manager





" Might have to uninstall Xp....and use Recovery partition to put your pc back to orginal state ...then run recovery manager to create disc"
