I have sbc yahoo dsl for about a month now my home page will go blank from time to time. This is Home & SBC Yahoo & only on one acct. of 4, which is the main acct. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the browser software to no avail. Sometimes i will have a home page &sometimes it is just blank below the tool bar. What causes this & how do i fix it?

What operating system are you using? What browser? Have you done malware scans?

I have win xp media edition, sbc yahoo is my browser. I have cleared my cache, uninstalled reinstalled the browser software, rebooted dsl modem & pc. This is an intermittent problem, sometimes home & sbc yahoo will come up other times it is blank below the toolbar. I have 1 master acct. & 3 sub acct.'s. It is only on the master acct. that this happens.

{size:18px}[/size] :D Hi Thomas : Since your problem(s) may be "malware" related, it would be helpful if you told us the NAME(S) of your antivirus program, antiSPYWARE program(s), antiTROJAN program(s), and firewall ; even using DSL you should have a software firewall .
