Computer Maintenance Across a Business Network

Is there any software that allows you to manage computers hooked up to your network so that you could... say... disk check, disk cleanup, disk defrag, clean registries, and perform any other regular maintenance and automatically create a report for each computer that is emailed to one destination or created in a folder

how big is your network?

i take it you have windows computers?

take a look at spiceworks

I've 50-60 computers; 95% are windows (the other 5 I'm not worried about). Spiceworks I've tried; it doesn't allow me to automate network-wide maintenance which is what I want. It astounds me that this hasn't been done.
