Thanks,
I decided to go with DELL Inspiron.
Got the following Config:
DELL Inspiron 15
Intel® Core 2 Duo Processor T6500 (2.16GHz/ 800 FSB/ 2MB Cache)
Integrated Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD
Genuine Windows Vista® Home Premium SP1 Edition 32 bit (English)
15.6 " 720p WXGA (1366x768) Display with TrueLife
4GB (2x2GB) Dual Channel DDR2 800MHz SDRAM Memory
250GB 5400RPM SATA Hard Drive
Wifi,Bluetooth
Carry Case
All in 39K including Taxes.
I also considered Inspiron 14" once.. esp with LED screen :x .. But the resolution(1366x768) in a 14" screen put me away.

I just got my son a studio 15" laptop.
T6400 cpu, 800 mhz FBS
4GB RAM at 800 MHZ.
64 bit OS
4530 graphics card.
I am impressed how fast this boots, litteraly in seconds from cold boot.
Opens and closes aps quickly.
Our configs are close so you should be satisfied as well.
