Xaudiotools non-responding

In the past I could not re-instal my Advanced MP3...etc recorder, because it would not accept the registration code.

Eventually I bit the bullet purchased a new product for full price, and it does not take the registration either, - so it is useless. Have two of them...

Since the new purchase I have been sending an email almost every day and the same thing: Xaudiotools is not answering. Yes, I will be able to get a refund but is that the point of purchasing something. A shame. Bevare this could happen.
