I hope everyone is having a very happy fourth but doesn't forget what the day really means and will remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice to insure the freedoms we enjoy. Our independance was paid for by the brave leaders of a suppressed leadership that was fed up with being ruled by a monarchy. Establishing a bill of rights and declaring our independance from the British soverenty has made this nation what it is. The continued vigilance by our military forces has insured our freedoms remain intact. My thoughts go to those who presently battle the forces who have vowed to take those freedoms from us. May we all be thankful that we are allowed to celebrate this day with reenactments of the rockets and bombs that have come to symbolize that initial fight for independance, freedom and the right to choose our own futures.
