Outlook and Outlook express

I was using Outlook express until it stopped working and I made Microsoft outlook my default email handler, now I have 2 questions: 1) is it possible to have Micorsoft outloook to preview attachments such as pictures, as with Outlook express? 2) The problem An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'pop1.sympatico.ca', Server: 'pop3.sympatico.ca', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800C0133can it be fixed?
