I've turned off User Account Control and I get an error baloon every time I boot up. Can this be turned off (the error baloon) using Autoruns? TIA!

WinPatrol is another FREE program that will find ALL the start up programs, Even the ones that try to hide!!!! Just Google it, The Official DL site will be at the top of the Google search results.
