where can i find info about sata hard drives ? i replaced my hard drive with a sata hard drive and it slowed my computer down so bad that i took it out and put my old hard drive back in. i'm sort of curious about this. i thought sata was supposed to be faster.it doesn't make sense that it would be but that's what i've heard. it sure seems that parallel would be faster than serial.
