Epson printer not printing

I have a CX5800F. Previously it was hooked up to another PC and then about 1 year ago we got another PC. Since then I have been having communication errors. I was having to reboot the pc to get the printer to print. Now it's not printing at all, even though I have reinstalled the software and drivers. MY frustration level is reaching a new high! Please help. Is it the cable? It's USB. HELPPPP!!!!

Have you tried a different USB cable?

Have you tried a different USB port on the computer?

Yes I did move it to a different port. I'm thinking of trying a different cable. Also maybe getting the drivers from the website and reinstalling them. MIght help?

If nothing else, it rules some (easy) things out as the potential problem...and might actually "solve" the problem.
