{size:18px}[/size]:D Hi : Too bad you got a Dell ; I "warn" everyone I can NOT to get one of their computers. What junky programs came with it ? Perhaps they are "wearing" out your hardware faster than usual !? Some Engineer developed a program for a friend of his to remove the junky programs the major manufactors put on their computers; originally it was called the "Dell De-Crapifier", but recently he changed the name to "PC De-Crapifier" available at : www.yorkspace.com/pc-de-crapifier/ .

Dell makes decent computers. I have a bunch of clients with Dells and very few if any problems. Every computer maker has an occasional lemon. I would push Dell for a new PC, if you push hard enough, they will take care of you.Davehttp://www.davescomputerserv.com

Apple also recalled batteries due to the same problem, I don't hear anyone making any remarks about that fact.Dell makes good computers for the most part, well, at least notebooks, their desktops are extremely overpriced, and you usually only get the best processors on their 3,500+ dollar systems.I've never invested in a Dell desktop since the P3 days, after that, they got to be greedy. Their support is pretty good, though. The Dell computer my brother had, had to get a new hard drive, due to the hard drive being corrupted (and it's only 3 years old).
