Yeah... um what did you do wrong. Since you didn't list any specifics we will all just assume that you did something wrong. Not to insult you, I have problems with many Macs and PCs when I didn't know anything about them. That is why I thought Windows was safer. I was computer stupid, but as I got intelligent and had a much better understanding I realized that Windows XP and prior versions where garbage that sent my info to everyone on the web and usually died once they coughed on a program or for some unrelated unknown reason. I switched to Mac and Linux and have had no problems. Since the Mac is the only system that runs all three OSes it was an obvious choice.I cleaned out my HDD a few weeks ago and erased some system folders by accident. YUP PowerMac G5 crashed... all my fault... won't go to the Genius Bar saying that it is a piece of junk if I did something wrong. Found out that if I had bought Apple Care for it (even though I erased the files myself) they would have just reinstalled Mac OS X for me and replaced my fault power supply, but I was a moron and didn't get it. So I had to fork over a few hundred buck to repair it. Works fine now. Apple took care of backing up all my stuff and putting it back on and reinstalling the OS and everything. The power supply took up a bulk of the cost. What was your problem with AppCare again? Now that Vista is out, maybe Windows will do a better job at actually being an OS. And once Linux get the power of Mac OS X then people can have real choices in computer OSes.
What Do You Think About The MacBook

Well, I don't see how flimsy construction is my fault, but clearly it must be because you say so. Overheating? Yeah, I must be using it on the stove. Freeze-ups? Ditto. Computer crashes? I guess that's my fault as well. Drops off the internet? That CAN'T be the MacBook's fault! Shuts off for no reason? Yup. All me. Keys stick? Can't see how that could be anything but me using them wrong. And so on.....
