I want to address an issue in Windows XP. If anyone has the answer, please post here. In older versions of Windows, when someone spoke into a microphone, the sound that went into the microphone would come out of the speakers. In Windows XP, however, this does not happen, and you cannot hear the sound that goes into the microphone. All I am asking for is a solution

I never had the sound automatically come out with any older versions of windows (98, 95 3.1) although I don't quiet understand your problem.. do you WANT it to come out automatically?It may be a specific software you are using as well.
