And I was just thinking about something... it seems like Jack loses one important person/friend at the beginning of every season. Does it seem like that to you? I guess they use that to make Jack go on a revenge kick - besides saving the President and the country, all that small stuff..... :p

I like to record a program and watch another, that's the reason I have a Panasonic DVR, which lets me do just that. In order for me to have HD from Comcast, I'd have to get one of those boxes (which I hate) and a DVR, and still I wouldn't be able to record one show and watch another show. I mean, why in the world would I want to do that, right?
My phone and Internet is with AT&T, and my cable is with Comcast.

I have DirecTV before FiOS, and it was fantastic. The customer service was the best I had had in a long time. Had billing problem once, and it got straightened out in no time with no hassle. It was an error on their part, so we ended up with three months of FREE movie channels. On another occasion, we ended up getting a free months service. They really went all out for the customer to be sure.

I used to think their prices were a little high, but I have one HD DVR, one HD Receiver and an SD Receiver. I get charged $10 for HD, $5 for the second and $5 for the third receiver. With the local channels, and taxes it works out to just under $82 a month. With my telephone bill with broadband internet now running at about $80, I am spending about $160 a month for all three (HD TV, internet and telephone). But that's almost $40 less than I was spending in total when I had satellite internet instead of DSL.
I could have probably saved a little more money with Windstream if I had packaged Dish Network in with it, but I was satisfied with DirecTV so didn't shift.
