What are some retailers other than Amazon.com that do not regularly charge shipping fees?

Many times it will depend on what is on sale. It is definitely hit and miss. When searching for a particular item, keep a record of the shipping charges of different companies, if any. Make your own list. Sounds obvious to me.
As an example, I found a Acer wireless laptop for $325, free shipping. I then purchased a identical 160 gb hard drive for the laptop for $49.00, free shipping. I installed a Linux OS on it.
I search the 'Net a lot so I normally do not have to be led by the hand.

That's interesting. I do a lot of shopping at Amazon and have never gotten free shipping. On the other hand, I get free shipping more often than not at NewEgg.com. You have to look around for the free shipping. Sometimes, higher priced items will have free shipping as well.

Amazon had a free shipping option (Super Saver), but it was not worth it. My wife & I used it twice, and both times they held the item for two weeks before they even shipped it. Then the shipping took a few days on top of that. When we paid for shipping, the items went out within a day. I think their goal was to inconvenience you to the point that you didn't want to choose the free shipping option. All it did was help to push me permanently away from Amazon. Their atrocious security and horrible customer "service" finished pushing me away permanently.

I have had quite a few free shipping orders from amazon. Takes a few days longer but I am not a complaining type. Some items do not qualify for free shipping. They do not come from amazon, the company just uses amazon for ordering advertising.
Again, do some home work and gather data on shipping.

Hey Snyper, I forgot about that. Yeah I used it initially and you are right, it took forever to get it out othe warehouse. I have using that 3 day thing for so long, I forgot about the "Super Saver" option.

Regularly shipping fees, enmmm, but no minimum order size, recently, online shopping i have two experiences with the same item on uxsight.com and Amazon.com.
Amazon.com add the shipping fee $6.58, the total amount$16.57, the uxsight.com with the regular shipping fee: first item $5.49, any additional item $2.39, the total amount $14.18, different companies have different policy with the shipping fee, however, for us, who can supply the low price but the high quality, welcome! :D

Hello coastie.

It has been awhile since I purchased anything from tiger.
I find them on average higher priced than newegg and zipzoom.

I got this Gateway from TigerDirect. Actually, TigerDirect, CompUSA, and Circuit City ( yep, they are still around online ) are all under the same roof and work out of the same warehouse ( owned by the same parent company, SystemMax ). They do tend to be a shade higher or about equal, but the delivery is better with NewEgg.

Sometimes the forum pages don't load completely (don't know why) and I responded to one of your posts thinking it was the last. After I added my reply I saw how late to the party I was, and this was the least embarrassing way out...

...that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

shipping fees depends on the place where goods sent from and to,and always not accurateiy reflect shipping cost. For example someone in UK buy a battery for Samsung A9191 in amazon US its shipping cost to be very high like$8.99.however i sent the battery for him from the warehouse in UK cost $2.99 So i get $6 in shipping, and the customers get the battery faster. But the condition is you should have warehouse in UK,however maintain a warehouse is expensive, only big company have many warehouses.Sum up have more warehouses makes you more money.
[entry='']http://www.amazon.co...duct/B009OBG596[/entry] :D

I want to buy a spare battery ,but i don't know how about the price and quality in amazon. My cellphone battery used about 1 year, only 1 day standby now it is.I can't read and browse web,it makes me so inconvenient.

You can try to buy one on local online store. Also, you can buy from some stores in amazon who provide a free shipping worldwide.
