Hi sugarland (Texas?), if you have installed Norton Internet Security, or 360, I think even the AntiVirus (?) has this feature, that you can use for searching the web using the safe search box, which will only bring you to known Norton safe web searches, and pages. It looks like this, and is a legit Norton feature:

Difficult to know IF some malicious program is
trying to fool you into downloading something bad
pretending it is a legitimate program !?


When it comes to "Safe Searching", you would be a
lot better off using a FREE Finjan program, like
their Malware Scanner Tool available at
http://www.finjan.co...ent.aspx?id=574 .
May also want to consider using the Exploit
Prevention Labs Online Web Safety Scan at
http://linkscanner.e...er/default.aspx

Your latest post doesn't give any evidence that you have made a response, except posting the screen shot.

To add to Car's statement, Safe Search is legitimate and will warm you of dangerous web sites. I'm assuming you have Norton Internet Security installed?
