Everytime now I try to start Excell 07 I get an error message saying "not enough memory, disc may be full." I have tried everything from reinstalling my operating system to cleaning my registry and running disc cleanup. I tried to uninstall office but it keeps coming up uninstallation failed. I am running XP SP3 with a celeron 2.0 ghz 1 gig ram and 80 gig hard drive. The office version I have is office enterprise 07. I even tried installing office ultimate on top of it to see if the install would repair any corrupted files but still the same thing. I am at my wits end. If it would let me uninstall it I would not use office ever again.

is that the exact message... or is there more to it?

does this happen in the other office programs like word or outlook?

check to see that your hard drive has sufficient free space (goto the start menu > click on my computer > right mouse on the C: drive > and select properties)

if you see alot of blue, your hard drive is full, if you see lots of pink, your hard drive has free space
Even the experts were beginners at one point

Plenty of hard drive space. Almost 60 gigs. It finally let me uninstall Office. I cleaned my registry and deleted any left over office files and reinstalled it. It fixed the error message I used to get in Word about not enough memory but I still get it in Excell. But I get a prompt to send the error to Microsoft and Excell pops back up as a "page rebuild" and it works fine. But everytime I open a new page I get the not enough memory error. Weird.
