I have a DV5000 hewlet-packard laptop. I am able to gain internet access using the wireless card built into the laptop. However, when I move to the other side of my home (about 40 feet) I cannot acces the internet. To deal with the problem I purchased a linksys wireless-N broadband router (model WRT300N) and a Linksys Wireless-N notebook adaptor (model WPC300N). I still cannot get internet access on my laptop on the other side of my home. However, everything works fine if I stay nearer the router. I can run cable to the other side of my house, but that seems like a lot of work when I have all the fancy wireless equipment.Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.Larry
