Can I Mount My Sd Card Like An External Drive With My Canon Powershot Sd1200is Digital Elph? I want to put files onto my SD card.

I'm trying to put some files onto my SD card, however, when I plug in my camera (Canon Powershot SD1200IS Digital ELPH) and i try to drag the files onto it, it won't let me do it. Does anyone know if my camera can do this? Thanks in advance.
