Nice add for Apple here. but of course it does NOT show anything with it actually working on a Macintosh. just a video of how to swipe it.
At least they say to try it at a store. But all you get at a Apple store is "what can I get you to buy" attitude as soon as you walk in.

There are a few foreseeable problems with this mouse.
1- It doesn't look like you can rest your hand or fingers on the mouse. This will lead to strain on the wrist.
2- If you like do rest your fingers on the mouse it seems to me that you would randomly be clicking and scrolling as you move the mouse around.
3- Nothing about mouse precision has been mentioned and (from my experience) Apple's mice are not the most accurate. For a company that bills their system for "professionals" have a weak mouse is just bad business.
4- the multi-touch movements seem very unnatural. The guy in the video has to re-adjust his grip to do all the motions. With my current scroll wheel I can do everything that mouse does (and probably faster) without changing my grip.

But you have to buy it for the "coolnes factor"
NOT!
I am perfectly happy with my few years ofl Microsoft Wireless INtellimouse Explorer 2. I even bought spares.
I not need a mouse where any little touch on it and it looks like it would read it as something rhhat you not want to do.

I like this video. It show how bad is the New Apple mouse without really criticizing. You can see how he has problem holding it. It shows what you can do with it but it does not show you want is happening on the screen, which is nothing. You can caress it, show how cool it looks, and you pay $69 for an Apple paper weight.
