Well, today I met our new dog. She had to be taken back to be spayed. She was in an abusive home, and was an orphan before that. So hopefully we'll be getting her in a week or two. =)But as for the rest of the day, we'll see how everything works out.

She's a dachshund, though not a purebreed, she's part border-collie too.I'll try to get a picture as soon as possible, but I don't want to scare her. =You have cute dogs. Who's that guy in the Slipknot shirt?

Definately more dachshund, but her babies are more border-collie, oddly enough. But she is actually pretty large, I've never seen a dachshund quite her size.Ah, I take it he's an animal lover too?

Haha, they are pretty comical. It's scary how they become more and more like humans as they grow older. My dog would run to the door if she heard "dad" in any sentence. Then we started spelling it out, and she somehow figured out how to spell or something, and would run to the door. All of the dachshund's around here are so puny, but still cute as heck. One always comes to the fence and rolls on it's back when I walk by it. o-O

ya dogs are pretty smart they don't always get credit.I had this one dog that would bark like hell whenever a door bell rang on tv lol.He also attacked anyone in a uniform.. doesn't mater, as long as they had a uniform he would hate him.. dunno why or how he knew ppl are in uniform but whatever.I think the 2 cutest things he ever did was 1. We took him to the 4th of July he's all cool till the fireworks start going off, he goes and hides underneith the blanket lol2. There was a bat in the house, we shut all the doors so it could be caught. Pepper the black lab kept running around barking at it. Scooter (said dog we don't have anymore) was cowring next to a door trying to get into another room to hide lol

Hehe, so cute.My dog would fling itself off the couch trying to catch flies. She actually was pretty accurate, but we would have to keep her from eating it. O-o

Can you really blame it for it?It's fine on my screen, but if I make it any smaller, the forums make it larger, thus more blurry. o-OAnd I'm cute too, you know. wink wink
