Switcher For Xp?

I downloaded the application Switcher for my Windows Vista desktop to get a taste of Apple's Expose on Windows. I would like to put it on my Windows XP Dell Inspiron 9300, but it's only available for Vista because it needs Aero. Does anyone know of a similar application that will work on XP? Thanks.
