How to restrict internet access to some PCs on a LAN? Is there a software to do that?

There is two basic ways to do that....

1) Install parental control type software on all computers...or at least all the computers you want to restrict access on.

2) Use some sort of hardware gateway that can restrict access to certainly IP addresses on your network. Some consumer level routers can do this. Enterprise level gateways can typically do this.

Are you asking for home use or "business" use?
