Google Chrome by a long shot. It along with Firefox are the only open source browsers on that list.
Oh, and Chrome OS will be even better.

Firefox is my favorite web browser, its fast, safe, and secure
i have issues (more like ocd issues) with banner advertisements on webpages, so i use Adblock plus to keep the ads away

Oh, something must have changed recently as Opera is free, too. And since I'm using Opera 10.51 (used 9.10) I should say it's good for me. Still, when I read about its 12.xx versions and they seem to be a problem I'm not sure if I should update. Yet still, I'm tempted to give it a try. Voices saying now that Opera abandons Presto to Webkit it's doomed only make me wanna try more. And now only IE seems to be a bit below par, other browsers are about equal and everyone has his/her preferred one. Still though, IE is making an effort to catch up.

I prefer Google Chrome and try my best to avoid IE since I have had so many problems with it being slow and webpages that stop responding on a regular basis.

Google Chrome and Firefox are the best, but I find IE 10 to work okay.

Google Chrome hands down for Windows. I had IE8 on an Win XP machine and IE9 on a Win 7 machine, and Chrome is vastly better. It also automatically synchronizes my bookmarks between the two machines and the Google Search function includes voice recognition. I'm also using the Google Chrome app on my iPad Mini, which is less full featured, but also includes the bookmark synchronization and voice recognition. My Win 7 machine recently auto updated to IE10, but I haven't tried using it, so I don't know if it's better than the older versions. However, I did notice that its layout has become very similar to Google Chrome.
