Serive Pack 2 ,2006 Advanced Driver Edition with MSN problem

I have Windows XP Sp 2 , 2006 driver edition installed on MY PC.whenever I open a local user account and log on using it ,I find MSN messenger popup although I have already uninstalled it andI find my user a/c (with no admin Privileges) is trying to connect with MSN.So i see error message ( Advanced INF install error)with the message box..what is wrong??I would like to use that window only.I just want to remove MSN totally out of my computer
