Your question isn't clear, idk what you mean by "open another program" is it hatched, or 3rd party?

the deleted items in outlook express will not open.:cry:when i click on it in outlook express nothing happens because the file is too big.what i am after is another program in which i can open the deleted items file & edit out the unwanted rubbish that is in there & to keep the emails i need, then when the file is smaller it will hopefully open in outlook express again:D

as far as i know, microsoft outlook has one, and its hatched. its made and certified by microsoft. Outlook express is different, its the works word vs. microsoft word. Same company and outline, different program.
