How can I back up my favorites in IE6? I would like to put them on a disk so that I can transfer them to a new computer.Incidently, how can I put them in alphabetical order?Kenb

Favorites are stored on drive C:Documents and Settings'your user name'. Just drag the 'favorites' folder to another drive, floppy, or USB jump drive. Then you can copy the folder back into the same location if anything goes awry.On IE you can click on your favorites icon, the star, and you can left click on an entry and just drag it up or down the listing to place it in alphabetical order. There may be another way to sort the favorites list but I do not know about it. Firefox makes it easy to sort all favorites alphabetically. Just select Manage Bookmarks and choose the sort routine you want to use.
