[quote name='runals']What is your OS? If you are using XP and do not have SP2 then if you hibernate the drives will dissapear. I have SP2 and it still dissapeares.Runals,What did you do when this happened in XP SP1? How did you get the drives to reappear?I installed the new Nero 7 package, and everytime I have booted since then I get an error message when Windows boots that InCD cannot run. Furthermore, ever since I installed the software, my CDRW and DVDRW drives disappearred from Windows (XP SP1).The drives appear in device manager with a "!" inside a yellow cricle. I tried disabling the drives and re-enabling them, I tried uninstalling them and searching for hardware updates. I would try reloading the Nero software, but... the drives aren't seen. Both drives appear in the BIOS and appear to be healthy. How do I get use of drives back? Can anybody help me please? Thanks

I uninstalled Nero 7, and rebooted, and VIOLA, I had my drives back. I reinstalled the entire package again, but I had to do a custom install, otherwise it wouldn't install InCD 5.I was using Nero 6.6 before which was using InCD 4. Apparently, when you have Nero 7 and a version of InCD other than InCD 5, you receive an InCD error message and your CD/DVD drive(s) disappear.Odd that the Nero 7 installation disk defaults to NOT install InCD...
