hello somone please help me well i've been using my DADS sony cyper DSC-P50 well its been working PERFECTT =]well only one problem the screen is all black now and i cant see the pictures i am taking and when i go to view them there all blackkthose 3 little blinking lights the 1st on is dark yellow and the second one is light yellow and then when i click to take the picture is it coming 1st- light green 2nd-dark green 3rd light green .... and then when i hold it down to actually take the picture the 2nd onne is coming light RED and the 3rd on is coming DARK RED and it saying "Recording" and i dont know if its supposed to say recording for the pictures i only thought it says that for the "movie maker" well i've been doing some GOOGLE searches and it says that my camera might be on "focus lock" and all that stuff IF SOMEONE HAS THIS CAMERA & KNOWS WHAT I AM TAKING ABOUT E-MAIL ME ON MISSZBECCAXX@AOL.COM or answer me on here i really NEED HELP CAUSE MY DAD iS GOING TO SHOT ME IF I BROKE IT ! please please please someon one help & ill love you foreverrr

may have gotten in in the MPEG or vid or movie mode rather than photo mode,you might check the batteries to see if ithey are charged, or you might try reformatting the memory card in the camera, Hope that takes away that sinking feeling you had when it started

Did you use it under the rain ? or somewhere wet ?I have the same problem with the same camera.I need to always change the mode from video to photo or something else and then back to what i need...it usually works...but at first, I was taking picture like you...and they were all wrong until I realised...It started after I got caught under the rain.
