If you didn't want MS on your computer you should have bought one that is built and not already made. Maybe some of these companies have deals with MS to have it's OS on their system. It's morons like this who always have to find some loophole to get back $5.

The main problem I have with this is that you can buy systems without windows on it. Also they are buying a complete system and a complete system includes an operating system and Windows is the most common operating system. The majority of customers want an Operating system which is why it is included. Why not set up a class action against apple for including OSX or ford for including air conditioning in their cars.

Also when does a OEM copy of windows cost between 150-250 Euros If i can pick it up less than that you can guarantee a manufacturer would get it for less. Perhaps the manufacturer actually pays only 40-50 Euros for a copy. This class action is just silly.
