It seems Symantec now considers itself too important to care about it's NOW FORMER loyal subscribers. I have had nothing but trouble since I upgraded to Systemworks 2006. 1. One button check-up keeps pointing out errors that don't exist.2. Live update freezes halfway through the process.3. When update does complete, installation of the updates fail.4. Click on "details" & you get the message "Windows XP 1200.1.1" along with other nonsense that doesn't provide a clue.5. Forget live chat, after being greeted, you're made to wait for over 45 min. or until you get tired of waiting. Whichever comes first.6. If you call, that's another 60 min. wait.7. I sent 4 emails concerning these issues, 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting for an answer.Although I have always sworn by their products & service, I realize it's time to move on.See ya Symantec, it was nice while it lasted!!!
