One day on the Macs at my school I was playing on Word. The mac crashed. It gave me an error message and then turned off. The teacher told me to turn it back on. I did but Mac OS didn't start up. I hate macs so I was okay with it until I was now assigned a Perfoma or whatever its called and had to use that for the rest of the year instead of a iMac G3

Dude, your complaining about using a Performa? Do you know how long its been since Performas were made? Last one was like 1997 or 98. How many 12 year old computers of any type are working and in active use at any school? Sounds like that Performa is doing great.

An iMac G3 crashed, really? That is a 1998~2002 model, so even if you have the very latest iMac G3, its already EIGHT YEARS OLD! We should all be so lucky for our computers to last EIGHT YEARS.

Oh, Apple never shipped an iMac G3 running OS X as the default operating system, only classic Mac OS. Performas were never made that even COULD run OS X, so you are DEFINITELY using classic Mac OS. That like complaining that your 8 to 12 year old PC running Windows 95 keeps crashing. Well DUH, of course an ancient PC running an ancient and not-at-all robust OS will crash.

I love how PC zealots take ancient Macs or even Apple II systems and then apply their failings to the OS X Macs of today. No relation. None, zero, zip.
