I have a question about Blue Tooth adapters. Right now, my laptop, desktop, and printer are not Blue Tooth compatible. Where I live, I cannot get cable or DSL, so I have been stuck with dial-up, as such, I have never gotten a router. If I was to get Blue Tooth adapters for each of these, would I be able to print wirelessly, or would I have to get a centralized box to be able to do this? Thank you for your time.

You would be able to print wirelessly via bluetooth. Or, if you wanted you could buy a wireless print server, making it easier to set up w/ 2 computers.
